What is Yoga?

  • Yoga, originated in India, is the oldest physical discipline in existence.
  • Yoga, simply put, means the union between mind, body and spirit. It is the practice of different postures
or movements with the help of the breath.
  • Practice of yoga helps to build strength, flexibility and balance. It also calms the mind and reduces stress.
  • At Om Wellness, yoga is available for anyone, regardless of experience or physical limitations. Every pose can be modified to fit personal needs.
